Stanley Park, Honorary Trade Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce of South Korea, and other Korean food importers shared their experiences and gave advice on how to explore the food market in South Korea in a seminar entitled Creative Lab for Thai Foods to the World Cuisine in THAIFEX 2018 on May 29.
“Thai food producers should study the food consumption culture in each country, create food products or adjust their tastes to meet consumer preferences,” Park explained. “To export Thai food to Korea, entrepreneurs must thoroughly understand the standards, rules and regulations of the country.”
